Delicious Tip: Experience the World in Technicolor

Do you over-use your left brain? Did you know that when you force yourself to be in your left brain all of the time, you are upsetting your delicate hormonal system?

In fact, it’s been found by brain researchers that we are transforming our Feminine brain into a Masculine one! We become more like men when we don’t respect our right brain and spend time there!

In this video, I’ll show you how important it is to cycle between both hemispheres of your brain and how spending more time in your right brain trains you to have a magnificent meno-pause & post-menopause.

This information isn’t only for menopausal or post-menopausal women, it’s equally important for women of all ages.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll find that this video has a new flair!

I’m leaving the studio, leaving the scripts, and bringing you delicious insights from the different corners of the world.

There’s also a little challenge for you at the end of the video. Consider that responding to my challenge is a step into more aliveness, so don’t be shy! You’ll LOVE the results!!

Oh, one more thing, if you are a Game of Thrones fan, you’ll especially LOVE the location where we shot this video…

Leave me your thoughts on what happened as you took on my challenge and please like and share this video with your friends, together we’re igniting the world.

I’ve been doing this for almost a decade now. Results are: my body actually got curvier and softer (instead of this very thin dancer’s body), I stopped loving racing fast cars over German highways (sigh), and I cry easily, yes, tears of joy included. In other words: from having been raised to be this aggressive career woman (which I never could be anyway), I became a woman… with a career. I need love, gentleness, joy, peace, and cuddles. I do not like to rush anymore either. It’s hard to live like a woman in our world, honoring your sensual, feminine, vulnerable, beautiful self. But I still don’t give up 🙂

I really like this information, I had some questions come up, like what would this look like during our fertility cycle? What are right brain activities? The left brain stuff we have down right? I know I feel closer to my magic when I write in my journal and when I listen to really good music. When I unplug from tv or when I watch specific shows that encourage a more whimsical journey. What else how else us manifest this shift into our psychic selves?

      Hi Meredith,

Right brain is the colorful, texture, creative way of seeing life. There’s a great TED talk by Jill Bolte Taylor, a brain researcher, who gives a very clear experience of herself purely in her right brain: http://www.ted.com/talks/jill_bolte_taylor_s_powerful_stroke_of_insight?language=en

Pay attention to your cyclical nature and notice patterns that come up for you… you are are deeply intuitive being, so the more time you spend in nature, connecting to life outside of to-do lists, the more you will connect with this aspect of who you are.

WonderfuL radiant 🙂 saida, love to hear your message from this beautiful place! It makes so clear in a elementary way what happens in our cycles, very supportive to embrace myself, listening to my bodyrhythm and relax. Thank you again and love!
