Jade Egg Mastery – It’s Not Just About How Much Weight You Can Lift

Are you curious about the Jade Egg practice?

Have you wondered what it’s all about or how to actually, step-by-step learn how to masterfully use a Jade Egg?

Maybe you’ve heard that the Jade Egg can transform all of your emotional wounds and sexual inhibitions, leaving you with lasting sexual confidence?

Or perhaps you’ve been seduced into believing that having a ‘super-pussy’ through lifting weights with your vagina will ensure better orgasms and keep your lover loyal?

Or believe that through the power of your vagina alone you’ll able to control your man’s ejaculation?

If any of these apply to you, then you are part of the emerging mass interest in the Jade Egg practice.

This means you’ve also been absorbing the wide-spread, inappropriate instruction about the jade Egg along with many other false promises and potentially harmful practices.

But don’t worry, this isn’t your fault.

In fact, it’s rather a common phenomena when a deep ancient practice is introduced to our give-me-a-quick-solution modern society: there will always be a loss of integrity and depth.

Over the past 20 years of personal and professional practice, I’ve experienced a profound evolution in my own understanding of the Jade Egg practice and it’s impact on women.

In fact, not only did I learn what worked and didn’t work through receiving direct feedback of from tens of thousands of women world-wide, but I also did a pilot study examining and measuring the effects of the Jade Egg practice on the psycho-sexual health of women for my PhD dissertation.

The results of my study in combination with considering the latest, cutting-edge scientific research on sexuality resulted in a major overhaul of the original teachings so that they could better suit the true needs of modern women and lead to lasting, life-long results.

A key insight that emerged, one that lies at the foundation of my method, is that we are psycho-sexual beings and deserve to ignite the totality of our sensual/sexual nature, not just be obsessed with ‘vagina power’ alone.

We are not just our genitals, our sexuality and sensuality includes the totality of who we are.

Your sexuality and sensuality not a currency or commodity meant to be used in exchange of whatever it is you desire more of in your life.

It is your birthright. A natural, powerful, life-giving part of who you innately are as woman.

To attempt to squeeze the vastness of your femininity into the tiny box of ‘goal-oriented’ techniques and ideals is to impoverish your experience of your own pleasure.

To limit your sexuality to how much weight you can lift with your vagina or how many vaginal tricks you can do is like saying that to drive a car all you need to do is push or turn all the buttons and dials on your dashboard.

It’s sensationalist and immature.

The good news is, more and more of women are waking up and coming back home to themselves, discerning the gold from the hype, and claiming for themselves the living wisdom of their beautiful body.

Sweet Silvia! Thank you for your patience. You can sleep with the jade egg, if you are drawn to doing that. Just make sure you remember it’s there when you wake up and go pee in the morning. I do not have other work translated into Spanish… YET. I would LOVED that!

Hello, my name is Silvia and luckily I learned about the yoni eggs!
I’m a bit confused about the information I got…Kim Anami says that boiling the egg destroys it’s qualities…
And I also read that normal soap is OK to use…
Thank you so much for your amazing work!!!

Hi Silvia, I’m so excited that you are here and you are learning about the Jade Egg 🙂 How fun!! Yes, I can also understand that you would be confused because there are so many different opinions on the Jade Egg. Do NOT use normal soap, here’s why: if it doesn’t all rinse out… (meaning, from the drilled part), it can irritate your vagina and that’s not great! Even just a few drops of iodine in water will be fine. As for boiling the egg ruining it’s properties??? That’s odd, Jade is formed in much higher temperatures than boiling water… so I doubt that the ‘properties’ would be ruined. If it’s not REAL Jade or if the Jade has been treated in anyway, then there is a possibility that boiling would not be great for the stone.

Aside from that, I trust you’ve download my FREE ebook on the Jade Egg, yes?

Yes indeed I got your e-book which is precious information for me…especially the “asking for permission ” part…
I live in Spain and I shared the information from your book with some friends that don’t speak English, this is such a big honour for me☺
The egg I have came with a certificate that says it’s a genuine one and now I use tea tree oil to clean it.
Can I ask you which on line course do you recommend for a beginner?
Thank you with all my heart and soul!!!!!!!!!

I would like to ask you something about the exercises from your e-book….so, when doing them, TONE & SUPPLENESS and CONTINENCE & PLEASURE part 1 and 2, should I squeeze the muscles of the vagina or with the egg inside just do the exercise!
            Thank you so much!!!

            Hi Silvia,

I’m not sure I’m clear on your question. You do engage the vagina while the egg is inside, but in a conscious, relaxed way.

            Silvia says:

Do I engage the muscles of the vaginally by squeezing or by tightening or just I do the exercises being conscious of the vagina and the egg inside?
            Thank you so much!!!
Have a very beautiful and full of light Sunday!!!!!

Silvia, you can GENTLY squeeze. The MOST important piece of the exercise is MELTING OPEN when you relax.

Hi Mary! Yes!! At some point, when you deeply understand your body and you have conditioned your body-mind with awareness and sensitivity, then there is a place for weight-lifting. I would recommend ONLY learning IN-PERSON, so you can get accurate guidance from the person sharing with you.

I do have a question Saida. I have gone through your guided practice a few times and I feel as though my body “doesn’t like it”, as much as I WANT to do it. It stirs anger in me and swirling discomfort in my solar plexus. It leaves me frustrated because I really see the value in the jade egg practice. Have you ever had anyone to experience this and should I push through it??? Do you know why this could be happening? I’m considering getting a yoni massage because I’m wondering if I have tension in my yoni..thoughts? Do you think the massage would help? I think what you’re doing is wonderful in how it empowers women, thank you for all you do!

      Hi Michelle,

Yes, it is normal to have all sorts of emotions rise up when we finally turn our attention to our innermost self. Especially when it comes to our sensuality and sexuality anger, sadness, and fear are common emotions.

I would invite your feelings for tea, so to speak. Get curious as to why they are they, let yourself relax into what emerges without identifying with it (meaning = hanging onto a story, etc). Emotions are energy… if we let ourselves truly feel deeply an emotion, it naturally transforms itself. A yoni massage could help or not, it depends on you and your needs. Sometimes it just hides what really wants to be loved back into wholeness. Your anger is a part of you. Perhaps there are times you have felt powerless and your body held onto those memories. I’m not sure what is true for you, but you will know what is true as you let yourself know that no matter what emerges, you’ll be there, you’ll feel it, and you’ll make creative choices that will empower you. In fact, this is very much part of the jade egg practice. It’s not all about wearing the egg and doing amazing things with it, it is equally about becoming your own deepest, most profound lover.
